I liked that we were greeted upon entry, and even though the receptionist was working with a customer, she said hello, and that she would be right with me. Someone came from the back, not sure of this person‘s position, but they offered to help us. Everyone was extremely friendly.
I was impressed with not only the size of the room, which was quite big even having a king size bed, but the overall cleanliness. The bathroom was very nice with a walk-in shower… Being in my 70s that’s a definite plus!
Trying to get onto the TV was complicated and confusing. We never did figure it out. Also, The side tables for the bed had charging areas that didn’t work. Thankfully, I had an adapter on mine so I was able to use the regular outlet part.

they should advertise when you booking that pool will not be accessible due to maintenance?
It was filled with water but nobody was allowed - in temp over 100 f - this was really ennoying
