We asked ahead for a refrigerator IT DID NOT HAPPEN went to the front desk and they said they could get one for us DID NOT HAPPEN

It was convenient for our transit to the next city we were visiting

The beds aren't very comfortable

The room is very nice and comfortable and clean. The hotel is very nice.

There is not microwave in the room. there is an extra charge of $33 a day for parking. There is no room service. Food could be ordered from the restaurants in the hotel, but for pickup only. I came to Seattle for surgery and was not in a position to walk to the dining areas to pick up food.

Overpriced. We also had people charge gift shop expenses to our room that we did not make, and it was a pain to get them removed.

Very old hotel, everything is old, bad smell in the room and unsatisfactory cleaning

check in was easy, friendly staff, good food at the restaurant.

The rooms are very small and dated. There's no microwave or refrigerator in the room and ice machine in the hall was empty. We had to go to the restaurant and ask for a bag of ice so we could keep some water bottles cold.

Proximity, the cookies are absolutely a lovely, delicious touch, staff was amazing, accessible to a coffee shop and restaurant inside, pool, great gym

It's very dated and when you have some thing that's old and dated it looks quite dirty. Looks like no one's clean the windows in ages and I noticed there was somebody's dirty room service dishes that sat out for two days.

The restaurant on-site was convenient. The restaurant and housekeeping staff were very nice. The front desk staff were pleasant just overworked and understaffed.

The facilities in the common areas are dated and the elevator was kinda scary. The walls are thin, so I heard a lot of hallway noise.

Room had toenail clipping in carpet. TV remote was dirty. Other than that it was clean but still. Eeew.

The size of the hotel is nice and the rooms and bathrooms are big.

The hotel did not honor the breakfast included as shown on booking. They gave us a voucher for one morning and we were there 3 days. There were loud and obnoxious guests who were out on the balconies until wee hours of the morning. The hotel front desk would not answer the phone when trying to let them know several times. The next night they answered and only responded that they would send security after I told them we could smell marijuana from our balcony. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. One of the drinking glasses had a huge crack in it. The ottoman was very old and worn. Besides the obnoxious convention goers, this is right across the street from SEA-TAC airport where planes are landing and taking off every few seconds. Loud traffic noises were somewhat lessened by closing the drapes. Just a horrible overall experience.

Very spacious Hotel with a lovely eating area and coffee cart. I enjoyed the cookies upon check-in that were offered.

Room felt dated. The chair in the room was soiled where people put their head. Did not want to make you sit in it. no chairs on the deck.

Even though the room was clean, it smelled stale. The balcony had a view of a little lake with the airport in the background. Also, it was not far from Seattle.

It took over 45 minutes to check in because they had my last name first.(Which is an easy problem to resolve) The room was dated and smelled stale. The walk from the lobby to the room was far and confusing. No in room amenities. No room service. And they never gave me a cookie!!!!

Nostalgic, location, staff was AWESOME from pre-check to check-out with texts and front desk service, housekeeping and espresso bar staff too!

After long days of travel it was difficult navigating our way to the room with all of our luggage, quite a way from front desk to room. Coincidentally our TV service was interrupted so we couldn’t relax like we wanted to.

Your artificial intelligence concierge is total crap, and trying to get answers from a front desk that was totally understaffed was a joke

I chose this hotel, paid a little more then I usually will pay only because it was my birthday in 2 days, I wanted a nice evening rest! But I end up staying in line for 2 hours at the check in , then care my Lagasse till the far end on those carpets that don't allow the Lagasses to move property! Honestly, until I arrived at the room with all the wrong directions I was getting... I was crying like a child, tired and in pain! So I never even complain at any thing, I was support of hard working, but it was a big disappointment. It was nice to come a manager and help with the check-in.. got to my room at 1 am ,really.. where is the rest in that when we need to waikap yourlier! Most importantly, a manager needed to come and ask who is the fly cancelation and who is the gussets that reserved to come there... And the restaurant is not a buffet breakfast like show in the pictures, again, no joy in the morning! Sorry guys but not a good review from me today!

I was not to impress with nothing, in the price range the are there are other options nearby. The personal is really nice and efficient. But the management needs to focus a other details.

I tried numerous ways to contact them via email, tried by phone and I never got a answer to my questions, about I had to way to get the shuttle bus from the airport or getting in touch to somebody to guide me to about the loggistic of this service. It was my first time at Seattle and I needed help with this service.
