Staff were super kind, especially Queeny at front desk even though it was extremely busy day, but she did amazing welcome for us and gave is all info we need.
Please promote her to manager with a raise!
Pool was okay, not that warm and windows were open, felt sick after few days
Spa experience was okay, not that fancy but worth to try for once

Great location overlooking the harbour. Room was comfortable and nice to have a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the view. Access to the rooftop was awesome.
There was a distinct odor coming from the adjacent room because of what ever they were cooking that actually made it difficult to stay in our room. Thank goodness the cleaning crew gave us an air freshener to spray.

It was beautiful, very clean, and quiet.
The air conditioning unit was in the bedroom and was quite loud. Turned it off for the night and found it to warm in the room.

The room was nice and spacious, very comfortable.
Even though we reserved for 4 people, our room was only made up for 2. When I asked them to please prepare the fold-down bed for our 2 kids, they sent housekeeping with one (!) set of bed linens, which they gave us to put on the bed ourselves, and apologized that there were no more pillows left. The location is pretty out of town, and isn't very beautiful. Also, the pool/wellness area is pretty dodgy for a 4-star hotel, it could use some refurbishment.
