The location was great
Asked for a roll away bed for my child and was told that i would be upgraded for free instead. Neither of those happened. No coffee in room and no ice bucket.

Pulizia della struttura, accoglienza e posizione perfetta

The hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of New York, with most major attractions within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby.
The standard rooms are very basic, outdated, and noticeably worn. The carpet had visible stains, and there was no refrigerator in the room.
My room also had a large standalone air-conditioning unit in addition to the central air conditioning. Guests should be aware that some rooms overlook the hotel's main ventilation and air-conditioning system, including the restaurant exhaust. These rooms can be very noisy around the clock, and cooking odors may sometimes be noticeable
