Phoenix Park Hotel

Easy walk to Union Station for metro access. We had a small but well appointed room with nice amenities. Check-in and out was efficient. Resort fee covered a free drink from the pub connected to the property, as well as coffee machines. I liked the filtered water station too. Staff around the property were friendly.

It was connected to a fun Irish Pub, this was great until trying to go to bed, Irish music on a Saturday night continued until well after midnight then around 3am other music began lasting until after 415am. Upon calling front desk they said it was not something they could help with-maybe if I was on a higher floor I would’ve have heard it but on floor 3 it was loud and clear! Also, complementary coffee was out in am and only 1 machine was working for other drinks-a bit of a line.

Central location to walk to the train station. Good customer service, friendly staff.

The bar attached wasn't my kind of place, but you don't need to go I it.
