The beds were comfortable. Despite other review my room was pretty clean I was happy about that.
Outdated elevator, but it did its job. I disliked the most the fact that after I checked out my security deposit went from $100 to an additional charge of $56.66. I had to call to ask for my invoice. And that is when I saw it went from $100 to $156.66. They could have told me when I tapped my card for the deposit payment. Just seems a little shady to me.

Excellent service, great location, great price
It might look unappealing from the outside because of the location and ocasional people outside but that is a prime San Francisco experience if you mind your business and keep your distance you have nothing to worry about

It had a location that was walking distance, clean rooms
Boarded onto the tenderloin so saw a lot of homelessness around the hotel, fitness centre was small and filled with rubbish. Rooms were clean but a shirt was still hanging in the bathroom from previous guests.
