Sohotel

Hotel was well situated with a great choice of restaurants nearby, area was well lit and popular. Staff were helpful and friendly. Left luggage was available.

Noise from street was excessive and when mentioned to the hotel they stated yes they were aware but no alternative or solution was offered. The bathroom in the room was disappointing, the shower was poor and the sink taps needed repaired, the fan was very noisy. There was tea and coffee available until mid day but not beyond that time and water was available if requested, it would have been better if there was a water fountain to fill a water bottle

Location, Staff, Vibes, Mix of old and new. A+ overall.

the ice maker on the top floor was not working.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom was perfect and had a heated floor. Plenty of space to hang clothes. Felt very safe. The first floor had an area with plenty of seating to relax.

Did not realize there is no elevator. I have health issues so climbing 3 flights was very difficult. Also when checking out there was no one at the front desk.

Poor bedding quality. Sheets were unfitted and too small for mattress and kept coming off, leaving us to sleep partially on plastic mattress protector. Mattress was mediocre quality to boot. Also, A/C was extremely loud window model.
