Great central location. BIXI bikes are a perfect way to get anywhere in the city. I’d stay here again.
I found the mattress somewhat uncomfortable but probably because I’m used to my own mattress.

Reception host Christine was incredibly helpful. (We were three couples arriving at separate times and staying in two units, so arrival and figuring out who was where was complicated!)
She gave us a great explanation of useful tips (best pharmacy and grocery close to the property) and other suggestions for our stay.
The units were super comfortable. It was great to have a full kitchen -- and a washer-dryer. We loved the terrace in the downstairs unit and the balcony upstairs.
Uber drivers showed up on the back side of the property, repeatedly. (That's an Uber thing not a property problem of course, but it might be useful for future guests to know.

Great greeting, explanation of everything, location handy to Mont Royal, great underground indoor parking for extra free, balcony was fabulous, beautifully decorated, very quiet building and environment even with windows open (Thur-Sunday stay).
Small details like good smelling sheets. Supplied us with starter coffee, etc. Felt secure and safe place to come home to each night after sightseeing. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. Many restaurants to choose from within six blocks.
The pictures online were spot on which frankly surprised me to the positive. I felt great when I saw the place.
Room 401 was great size for a couple and maybe baby. Would not want three adults in there.
Hard to find things but water pressure in shower wasn't the strongest. It worked fine but if that is big deal to you it is worth noting. We used windows to cool space. There was AC available but we choose not to use it. I think it would have been fine. Not using it left the place a little warm/stuffy when we returned at 5 pm with temps outside around 72 degrees. But it was okay after a bit with patio doors and bedroom window open and think with AC would have been great.
The bed was very firm. That was fine with us but just letting people know who might not like that.
But really no complaints at all!
