The hotel's central location and the convenient nearby amenities. There is also a bus stop just a few steps away.
The hotel is in need of significant renovation. I am an engineer, and if you are interested, I would be happy to offer you a free restyling concept for both the exterior and interior of the hotel. If you would like to receive a design proposal, please feel free to contact me by email at info@urbanisticamente.it . Our team consists of two engineers, three architects, and two surveyors.
