Quarto amplo e limpo ( piso de madeira ótimo) com duas camas king Size, TV, cafeteira, bom banheiro com banheira, confortável, para a limpeza é só pedir na recepção, tem bastante toalhas, refil de café para cafeteira, secador de cabelo , sabonetes e shampoo, cabides para pendurar roupas, ferro de passar com tábua, cofre, cômoda para guardar roupas, poltronas e mesa para comer, funcionários da recepção muito gentis, consegui Um later check out

O hotel fica bem localizado, perto dos outlets e da internacional drive. Não aluguei carro, fiz tudo andando. Se você tiver disposição para andar é ótimo ir andando mesmo, muitas lojinhas. O serviço de Transfer para o universal é ótimo é super pontual

A limpeza. Eles só limpam o quarto após 3 dias, e no meu caso mesmo após 3 dias não limparam

Die Lage zu den Universal Studios ist perfekt.mit dem Fahrrad 13 Minuten, zu Fuß dann vielleicht eine halbe Stunde? Ein Shuttleservice wird glaube ich aber auch angeboten. Die Premium Outlets mit dem Rad 5 Minuten. Bushaltestelle in die Innenstadt quasi vor der Tür. Alles sauber und eine gepflegte Poolanlage mit heißem Whirlpool. Alles Top!

El aseo del baño si fue muy regular, la grifería de la tina estaba dañada y en varias ocasiones olía mucho a mariguana porque las personas salían a fumar al pasillo y el personal de seguridad no se daba cuenta. La zona de laundry muy sucia y las lavadoras olían muy feo por dentro. Podría ser mejor, más atención a los detalles y a la organización en general.

Small..really small parking,small parking space even open door after parking. Ducks was yelling all night,we was sleeping so bad. Queen bed so small,room small, shampoo and other things for 1 person(but room for 2) small towels no even one big. AC produced only cold,no heat.

It is the third time I stay in Clarion Inn, and each time it precisely meets my needs. Its literally one of the best beds I have stayed at after a long day of walking at the parks in orlando. I will for sure keep staying at this great place. simply love it.

The location. The bed was comfortable. Having the bar there was awesome but the drinks were expensive! The staff… front desk, bartender and the breakfast bar. All were very nice!

Close to universal, good price not that I used it but it had everything you needed like pool, gym, washing machine etc

Bathroom, very poor and the water pressure was really bad. Would also say hair dryer was terrible. Apart from that it was a great stay. Would recommend company to invest in getting some sort of stop switches for the air-con. We left it running pretty much throughout our stay even if we wasn’t in the room. Which was great when we got back but must be bad for the hotels budget. Use that budget to sort out the bathrooms and you’ve got a great place

Avoid this place. My 2nd time to stay. Worse than the 1st time. It's a filty place and the staff we had any dealing with need training in customer service. The only thing good about this hotel is the location to Universal.

A localização é muito boa, super fácil chegar até o Outlet e o parque da universal, para qualquer outro lugar será necessário solicitar transporte, a menos que queira andar bastante. O hotel é muito bom, confortável, completo, e os funcionários são super atenciosos e prestativos. Um hotel super ok, excelente custo benefício.

O hotel não tem elevador, o que é um ponto importante para quem tiver problemas de locomoção, talvez solicitar um quarto no andar térreo. A parte externa parece um pouco suja, mas nada que prejudique a estadia.

Location and privacy

The floor was dirty when we arrived, we had to ask for toilet paper and garbage bags every other day because they only give us two at a time. The pillows were only half size and the sink is outside the bathroom, so you have to open door with dirty hands to get to the sink outside of the bathroom. The second remote didn't work on the second TV. There were one night lamp in each room which was the only lights in the two rooms .

Pool area was nice, Jacuzzi, plenary of room. Hotel room was good, beds really comfortable plenty of towels

No microwave in room , you has to walk to the one microwave in the lobby possibly could put one in each block

The Close proximity to the park was definitely a plus. This place is A great value for the price I paid. The Shuttle to the park is a great service. Also thank you for holding our luggage till our room was ready.

We had some Weird grey stuff coming out of the toilet and the pillows on the bed are the size meant for children. The shuttle going back to the hotel from the park is way too small and people from not just the 3 hotels use it to return to their hotels as well so its crazy packed.
