It was clean and nice

The ac location and noise was little bit questionable. And there is no parking I got a parking ticket unfortunately because the sign was confusing..

Location was great and host was extremely accommodating for special requests.

Hard front step. Maybe a handrail by the front door . But we had a mobility challenged party member

The location is convenient and the bathroom was clean and well-equiped. There are full-length mirrors, which I always appreciate.

This is for Unit 1309. I received a number of texts from the host during our stay because they wanted to ensure they got a 10/10 score. Well, frankly for a 10/10 the place needs a lot of work. It's an old place, floor is wonky, fixtures and furniture are worn out. - I was under the impression that there were two separate bedrooms - perhaps the listings should make it clear that there is only one with two queen beds in it. Even the pictures are misleading about this. - The balcony door does not have a mesh screen door and there were many bees on the balcony, making it hard to leave the door open for some fresh air. - The ceiling light in the kitchen area is not installed so it was dark in the kitchen area once the sun set. - The shelving in the living room is not properly attached so they kept flipping over if something heavy was placed improperly. - The couch was extremely uncomfortable and it was not possible to relax while watching TV. - The futon-type seat/foldout bed looked really dirty - I used a throw over it to sit on it. - The knives in the kitchen are all blunt. - There are power outlet extensions next to one of the beds but nothing for the other bed.
