I was embarrassed and asked to leave the property with no valid reasons. The lady Janet on the front desk was terrible to deal with and horrible with customer service. I paid for the room was checked in no issues by another lady. Then Janet thought we were being dishonest about who was staying in the room when I rented it for my daughters and a boyfriend. My husband and I were in another hotel and just stopping to drop drinks and such off. Calling me a liar and automatically refunded and kicked us out. How unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from someone working with the public.

The bed was very comfortable and the room included a lot for the size. like the mini fridge built into the wall for example. we enjoyed our stay. I also appreciated that the cleaning staff found me a clothes iron when I asked, because we were in Airdrie for a wedding.

A microwave and a coffee maker would have made it a little better but overall I felt it was a good deal for the price.

Rude lady at check in

Room was clean

Would not accept cash deposit. Offered to cancel my reservation so I could go to another hotel. Then takes 48 hours to put the charge back on my card.. what???. Have to go to Lobby for coffee. No glasses or cups in the room.

Comfortable bed

No bath tub, just small shower stall. No coffee maker or microwave. Very small TV.
