A compact package with everything you need including a patio. Good option for a quick stay or as a student who is attending Acadia. The property is on the basin and some rooms have a view.
You do need to carry your luggage up stairs, but this is communicated very well beforehand. I also wished underground parking was not an extra charge. I chose to street park nearby.

I was on the 4th floor looking over the water, beautiful!
It is always a bit un-nerving being on your own going up the stairs at night

The location and cleanliness of the unit
A strong perfume/odor in hallway
The parking was very tight in the underground parking garage

Good location
This is basically student accommodation! It’s clean and centrally located but just be aware of this when booking. We had no curtains in the 2nd bedroom either.
