Near public transit. Can walk from hotel to Via Rail Station Near metro, easy to buy food and groceries The loft is spacious and clean. Easy to access.

No reception desk. Need to contact hotel to provide credit card info and process security deposit.

Spacious, clean and bright appartment.

Most of the restaurants in the area were closed or not doing well. Some homless in the area.

Once I had the codes, everything was easy.

Some of the communications were disjointed, perhaps because of the team approach.

the lack of storage prior to check in…. having to go back to the hotel. The lack of information telling us that no one would be around at 7AM. had we known we would’ve made arrangements to come by later but all indications said we would be able to store our bags at 7AM. and reception wasn’t open

Spacious and clean, great location

Stayed here February 4th; the coldest day of the year! Worst customer service, they don't care about guests at all. Heat wasn't working during our one night stay, which happened to be -35 freezing weather. Called "help desk" 5 times to have it looked at. Each time I talked to someone, was promised - with a great deal of attitude - that someone would come to look at it, and no one came. Nor did anyone follow up at any point of our very short stay to see if heat had improved or offered to switch our room. The two bedrooms were colder than the fridge. 4 people had to sleep on the couch and floor of the living room because it was the warmest area. Never staying at any of the Les Loft locations ever again.

The whole concept of the Loft is phenomenal. Keep up the good work. It’s my 3rd time and not the last.
