Super Lage, große Zimmer, war sehr ruhig in den Zimmern, essen im Hotel ist sehr gut, auch die günstigeren lokale. Zimmerservice ist sehr bemüht und freundlich

Föhn hat während der Ankunft gefehlt, brauchten leider mehr als 24 h diesen zu ersetzen nach 2 Mal erinnern. Zimmer war nicht welches auf der booking Seite beworben wurde, sondern ältere. Dafür gute Aussicht auf the sphere und hoch oben

I loved that there was a tub in the bathroom, and that there was (mostly) easy access to food

I kept having to get duplicate keys because they wouldn't work in the elevator, I had to ask for someone to unclog the bathroom sink, and all but one food place would close at 10pm.

Limpieza a cuartos no hicieron mi cuarto en 5 de 7 noches y no me descontaron nada la sábanas sucias de los huéspedes anteriores y además me cobraron el doble de lo que decía mi reserva

It's a perfect hotel for those looking to be in the middle of the action. It's near everything: restaurants, CVS, Bellagio Fountain, Marquee Club, Paris Hotel, Ceasar's Hotel and so much more. If you like clubs, it's a 15min walk to Omnia too (it's the club inside Ceaser's Hotel). If you are going to Adele's concert and you are not willing to stay at Ceaser's too, Planet Hollywood it's a great option. It's worth it to invest a little more and be on the Las Vegas Strip because you can walk anywhere and not use Uber or other transportation. I've stayed at Shoe Horse (aka old Bally's) and Link; Planet Hollywood it's better. About the room: super big and spacious, and I could even see the Sphere from my room! Super cool! The bathroom was great: shower, bathtub separate AND toilet separated; super good when you are in groups. Trust me, stay at Planet Hollywood!

If you need a late check out: $50 extra + $10 every hour, so be careful if you need that. But if you do use it, it's speed check out, no need to stay in the check out line in the end.

The room was durty with food from the previous guest, when we reported it to the front desk nothing happened... not even oh we are sorry will clean it up or something. Also, they charges a valet when we didnt even had a car (on that note we did get a refund) so check your bills for any extracharge.

The hotel had a lot to offer around the area that was close.

The fact that we had to pay almost triple for the 2nd day for a sub par room was unacceptable. All the fees were outrageous including the parking fee makes me want to stay elsewhere next time.

The location is really good. Its within walking distance of all the main hotels on the strip. The casino itself is no the biggest but we didn't spend much time in the casino there so it was ok.

You have to pay the resort fee even in the off season when most of the amenities are not available. The water pressure in the room was pretty bad even though the shower initially looked really nice.

The sheets on the bed were extremely itchy and there was a contestant beeping in the hallway on our floor which was frustrating. They was also loud groups of young women placed in rooms around ours to which they were slamming doors for hours at a time preventing rest

Great location. Good elevators good Starbucks great view of the sphere. The agent at the desk gave us the top floor because the pool is closed and we were disappointed.

Construction going on 24 seven in the casino. The check-in line was in terminable, and none of the machines worked.

The location was great.

My king size room with a fountain view wasn’t available on night 1 and then on night 2 they offered to move us to a king room that had a horrible view with a filthy window. We stayed in the queen room with a view but nothing was offered for our inconvenience.

ניקיון,שירות חדרים לא ניקו את החדר במשך 3 ימים מתוך השבוע של השהיה. יחס של מנהל המלון מחפיר לטענה שלא מנקים ומחליפים מגבות. אין תמורה לעומת המחיר הגבוה שמשלמים על השהיה. אין ספק שלא נחזור להתארח במלון הזה .

-It would be nice to have an option for a coffee maker in the room. Not appropriate to have to go downstairs and try to find a coffee then head back to the room to get ready for the day -It would have been great to know that scooters were available for rent upon check in -a map of the casino/shops/food was in each room, as it is really frustrating to try to find places, to meet ppl or just keep walking and looking.

during 3days, they didn't housekeeping service. We had to stay with fullef trash bins without clean towel. even we asked day and night, they never cleaned our rooms . the ladies in the reception just replied leave the message but it's not my business. always so rude . .

I liked the size of the adult swimming pool. The size of the room & bathroom was great.The Bakkt theatre was a great venue for Kelly Clarkson. Easy to locate. Only pictures taken were by the pool sign & theater.

Didn’t like that the only chairs by the pool you had to rent. The only beach chairs for free in the center were in shade until about 11am.What is the $52 resort fee per night used for? Coming from New York State I didn’t care for smoking in the casinos. The bathroom sink cold knob was stripped & every time it was used was difficult. The large bathtub was useless because the spout wasn’t aligned with the tub & partially off of the wall & tile. So when trying to use the water just went on floor. Didn’t like how high drink prices were at Bakkt theatre or pool bar.
