Great Location, large room, helpful staff, nice courtyard.
Carpets were nearing the end of their life. First floor coffee area had a mildew odor.

Location was perfect to enjoy the French Quarter. The staff was incredible, professional but friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well prepared.

Good location and friendly staff. The people at the front desk were lovely and gave good recommendations, as well as helping me with a booking issue.
Dark and stuffy room. Couldn't open the curtains as the room was on the guest pathway, so it was dark, cold, and clammy.
