Very quiet and clean room was great nice breakfast not heavy on my stomach

Quiet, good sized rooms and location.

The shower in our room was awkwardly set up, and made leaving water on the bathroom floor near unavoidable and showering uncomfortable.

Hot water with an actual bathtub. Friendly staff. Quiet and comfortable.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel.

The room was brand new, clean, and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk couldn't have been more friendly.

2 out of the 3 days I stayed, my room wasn't cleaned. After it wasn't cleaned the 1st time, I called and told them that my room wasn't cleaned today. Please make sure it's cleaned today. It was cleaned, and I was happy. The next day, I went about my business. I was gone all day. I returned to my room at around midnight, only to find that my room hadn't been cleaned again. I called the front desk. I informed them rather angry that they didn't clean my room for the second time. The young woman asked if I had requested for my room to be cleaned. I said no, of course. She informed me that they don't go into rooms without the guests' permission. She asked me if I had put the do not disturb sign up. I, of course, said no.I told her that for the amount of money I spent on the room, maid service is included. This a part of the fee I am paying for. I shouldn't have to call every day to inform them that I want my room cleaned. I have stayed in hotels all over the country, and never have I had to ask for maid service. I also told her that I wanted them to calculate what the maid service would be, so they will refund me that amount. I gave them a bad review on both yelp and Google. I was told they would have the maid clean the next day. I said it wouldn't matter as I was checking out at 6 am. I will never stay there again.
