I had a very nice room and the pool area is nice.
It only had one washing machine working, and I had to go elsewhere to wash my clothes.

Clean, quiet, well priced and great staff.
Some rooms need mattress' upgraded.

The staff was amazing, took care of any and all problems we had and the place was very well kept, the area around is a little sketchy but all in all I would stay again
First room was horrible with smoke odor thru out so they moved us to a different room, also the only other complaint was the one elevator at this facility,it was pretty rickety and a little scary, might need an overhaul.....

It’s a convenient location with a couple restaurants close by.
The exterior of the property is not kept up very well. There is a lot of trash and there are two motorhomes that have set up permanent parking in their parking lot.. I have been staying here for a couple years now, off and on, when I work in the Santa Clara area. This hotel has steadily gone downhill.
