Property location was 10/10 and the staff were kind and helpful. The apartment itself was comfortable in the sense of it having air conditioning, a bed and a bathroom.

Everything in the apartment was “janky”. Lights that only worked when they wanted to, broken items including the curtains, door stoppers, a shower with no hooks, or places to place your shower items, and a tv that did not work unless for YouTube videos. Everything was over used and a bit run down. Also, there was hair around the place that would show up randomly and rust/grime that was noticeable in the bathroom area. Other items around the place seemed extremely used and were worn or broken down like the couch, dish washer, washing/drying machine, and when we came in there was no water in the apartment until we reached out to the front desk where they had to show us to restart the system.

We loved the apartment! Great location, nice decor and very clean. The staff on site was very friendly and helpful.

The mattress was not that comfortable.

Nice modern decore . Proximity to old Québec

Parking in the building did not accommodate larger vehicles, and was not emphasized in the description . The apartment needs to have a higher level of maintenance to keep its price point, many little things are to be repaired. -Blinds that are broken, -Metal bed that sqeeks , -Shower temperature control is very hard to ajust . -wine cooler did not function. -Humidity damage on cealing in shower . - The controls for lighs and other features should be explained had to figure it out and afew did not work. This is a list for the owner to consider, I am not running down this property. It is so that the issues can be addressed, and helpkeep this property at a level that it deserves. Hope I did not offend the owner, it is ment to be constructive.

Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig

Sauberkeit des Apartments nicht besonders. Wenig Geschirr und Gläser vorhanden, teilweise beschädigt.
