Die Lage direkt am Anahim Lake
Einrichtung und Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber die neuen Besitzer werden es renovieren

I booked my stay in April 2026, right before the ownership of Eagle‘s Nest changed, and I am so glad I did! What originally was planned to be just a stop along the way to Bella Coola turned out to be a real treat.
Diane takes really good care of her guests, the food is amazing (definitely do breakfast and dinner!), the location is serene, quiet and beautiful, there is lots to do and discover in the area, and the main building (lounge/library, fireplace room, dining room etc) is just so tastefully decorated and welcoming, I spent most of my evenings there with a glass of wine.
The guest rooms are a bit dated, but spacious, and the bed was very comfortable - I very much enjoyed my 3 nights stay and would love to come back again.

it was dark couldn't really see but it looked like it would be an amazing place in the summer with outdoor beauty.
the room was not cleaned properly. there were clothes and personal hygiene items in the drawers. the satellite tv didn't work and he wouldn't even budge on the price to compensate that. so we couldn't even relax after our scary winter drive and cuddle and watch a show.
