This place is a hidden gem! Warm cookies upon check in was a great start... my kiddos loved it! And the staff here is truly amazing - everyone we met was super friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the family suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. Wonderful selection for breakfast: eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, juices, etc. The breakfast room was very busy every morning we were there, and the hostess did a fantastic job of keeping everything stocked. We also liked the heated pool - it was very nice and clean. The jacuzzi is under construction though, so that was a little bit of a bummer. .

poor shower quality. I found a parking ticket on my windshield saying my car would be towed. the person at hotel check in did not ask or give me a parking pass to put on my dash. I was parked in the hotel parking garage.

one of the front desk people have me the creeps and then he came and yelled at us for talking on the balcony. I asked if werrr too loud and if anyone complained. he said no. so I was very confused why we had to go back inside our room

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Better-than-expected breakfast, although the dining room is too small for a hotel of its size (we had to wait for a table). Good price point overall.

The pillows were absurdly bad... like old, flat, cheap pillows. This surprised us because other things were fine. They just need to send someone room to room to inspect all their pillow and replace as needed.

We had a room with a connecting door to the room next door. You could hear EVERYTHING in the adjoining room. Those rooms should definitely only be given to families or groups traveling together.

the breakfast options were good. there were healthy choices! cooked eggs and hard boiled eggs and blueberries! the decaf coffee was bad at the breakfast room but good in the room the attendant did a super job keeping things stocked and clean room was comfortable :)

The location was great. The room was a bit loud with road noise but the occupants in the room above were very loud.

The room was a little tired for the price we paid. No art on the wall, generally a cold vibe. I saw in to some other rooms which seem to have been renovated. Not sure ours had been.

Quite a bit of noise outside our door in the one room and in the other the shower head barely had any water coming out of it.

Well we paid for early check in and had to still wait. The sink backed up and we called front desk and 2 hours later they decided we can use another bathroom but by then it was time to leave for airport. Shuttle was scheduled for 11 and didn't pick us up until 11:30. They tried to charge me extra money for late check out.
