We wanted to recognize the exceptional employee, Robert Nelson, who ran the kitchen/breakfast facility among other hotel tasks.
The food was beautiful prepared and provided, the tables kept immaculately clean. Robert was keenly aware of guests' needs and did an excellent job. He is an asset to the Holiday Inn Express Team. Please share this review with him.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating on arrival. Gave us a wonderful dining recommendation. Room was clean and comfortable. Near airport which was exactly what we wanted.

The beds were nice clean and comfortable also loved the towel restock
The pool was freezing, we have little kids and booked there because it had an inside pool. Water was so cold even my kids didn’t want to swim.
My hotel room water didn’t get hot or even warm, room 345.
