It was on the first floor and was neat
It's a no smoking place but smelled like it was smoked in. Did notice a cigarette burn on the other bed. Tub had poor drainage to where it was holding water. Rm 116. But over all I was good

Beds were terrible, room was hot and they redoing the room and not to mention there was a knock on the door and they wanted to spray for pests.

The staff was nice, but didn’t follow through on the shuttle service
The man I talked with said the shuttle service wasn’t available because someone quit. He said he would have a ride available for me. I scheduled it with him but no one showed up. I took an UBER but supposedly that was included in the price.

We been here for almost a week same room they have not changed the beds we checked out and checked back in they gave us the same room and everything was the same as we left it they didn’t not clean the room
Cleaning and people are smoking everywhere weed so what is the point of be in a non smoking room

I booked the with Shuttle to the Hotel. The day i arrived they told me that the driver quited and no shuttle for the Day.
I sad that is no problem, just refund my money....That was 2 weeks ago i still dont get back any money...
Be careful with them.

they had a bunch of roaches,soon as I walked in and turned the light they started running everywhere!! under the bed, the couch.

Location was close to work and inexpensive. The amenities were as advertised.
Didn't have a channel guide for the TV.

The staff was friendly and nice, also we love that this hotel is petfriendly.
This hotel looks worse than a motel, it was totally nasty cockroaches all over the walls and tables, rusty fridge, vanity lights were not working, dirty and smelly couch, the batteries of the control remote were not working. Overall we were not happy at all with the hotel, lucky them we did not complain or cancel because it was the only pet friendly hotel in that area otherwise we would not stay there.

The location and cleanliness of rooms.
According to the front desk there was no transfer to the airport due to the COVID, however at Booking.com the information it that there is free van service to the airport. Also no breakfast available.

it was peaceful no one was messing with us, owners were chill about us being out late as lomg as we werent loud and causing trouble. overall great place will be staying again soon
