Everything was excellent
No hot water supply during my entire stay .

Tv didn't work until next day. HAD TO spend lots of time with staff trouble shooting and Shaw who could not help
Tv Remote not very functional. Not enough counter space to cook. Noisy street. Hot. No AC. Some electrical plugs did not work. Etc etc...

A great, spacious apartment in a great location. Everything we needed was on the doorstep. Loved the fact that there was a parking space.

It had all the comforts of home except aircon
. I was very very disappointed. Eventhough there was 3 fans....it was still hot as hell...couldn't sleep...too bad so sad....and when we wanted to sit on the deck, our neighbors were smoking next door

We liked the location and especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking on to the activities on Fisgard Street.
There were a number of issues with respect to the facility: The bedroom bedside lamp didn't work; the bathroom fan didn't work; the kitchen cabinet handles were sticky; the armchair arms needed to be wiped with a damp cloth; there was no closet in which to hang clothes.

The lady was really sweet and explained things well
The room was really hot and the fans were really loud especially the one in the room - so we couldn’t leave it on

Great spot, walking distance from the centre of Victoria
Little bit awkward to get into the place initially, as the fob didn’t work in the lift.
All good once you know though as there’s another lift

The property is very clean and spacious with all the amenities. Very close to many attractions so walked to everything. Support team was very helpful when we called them. We highly recommend this place.

Having a kitchen, great location, breakfast on balcony with incredible view. Great help from the landlord.
Having to leave, we will be back!

Right downtown in a great trendy neighbourhood. Easy walking to the harbour and downtown shops, great pubs and restaurants within steps.
It is a very secure building. The owner and representative are very responsive. I cannot recommend this property enough.

The location is excellent and the place was spotless. It looked exactly as is was photographed. Coffee was included.
The bed was very hard and the neighbours are loud. We both had a hard time sleeping. We were charged $45 more than what booking.com said. We tried to get the price fixed but no one seemed to understand what we were saying and so nothing was changed.
