Clean, quite room with good bathroom facilities & lots of towels. The bed was very comfortable. Great black out curtains on the window. Glad coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby. Nice pool.
The elevator is small, slow and the floor was sticky but someone wiped it down after we mentioned it to the front desk.
A coffee maker in the room would have been better.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Victoria - it was in a good location for us because we drove, but it would not be suitable for someone looking to stay in the city centre and explore it on foot. The beds were comfortable and the shower was also of decent quality. Really good breakfast (and endless coffee!) included in the price of the room. We can't really comment on much else because we just spent one night here before moving on to Tofino, but it was a good stay.
The elevator is very slow, so it is better to take the stairs if you are in a rush. There was broken glass in the parking lot when we arrived, but it was removed fairly quickly after we alerted the front desk about it.

Location for breakfast was a little hard to find, but it was great when I got there. We were able to park close to our room and everything was convenient. The hotel is a little hard to find in general, but that may have been long-drive itis! Staff seemed surprised that we wanted to stay-a little disorganized. But room was great, breakfast was great.

Breakfast was good and the view was awesome. Staff was friendly.
I asked a cake to be arranged as it was my wife's birthday. I was promised that they CAN arrange this for me at no extra cost.
When I arrived there, staff said they can not arrange this for us as it was a limited service hotel. That's not good at all. I'd you make a promise keep it.
