Proximity to the Airport although the shuttle service was hard to understand so we didn't use it.
Room was Ok although the curtains didn't seem to cover the window. Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was good - plenty of choice and a nice setting
More info on he shuttle bus - we walked from the airport to the hotel, despite having stated that we would like the shuttle bus when we booked. We're not young any more!!

The front staff at check in are very friendly. The location is good for me for where I have to go to work when I am visiting Sydney. Parking was fine but you do not have to pay for parking at other local hotels.
I stayed on the 3rd floor. Feel that the room is tired (especially the bathroom) - needs an update and freshening.

They doubled booked our room our last night there and people walked in on us.

The bed was very comfortable and the lady at the desk was very helpful and kind.
Maybe you could put some powdered milk packets in the rooms for the coffee machine. I had to get cream downstairs.

It was very good experience. I was leaving too early and I did not have a chance to have a breakfast. Staff was very friendly and I loved the room!
There is nothing I can put in this category, perhaps breakfast that was not available or it was not communicated to me.

The airport shuttle staff was fast, courteous and helpful.
