Location and design of the hotel. It’s older but comfortable.
It’s dated and toilets are too low. No way to get off them easily. Counter too far away. Front door is accessible but you can’t get through the fire door. Accessible room only has one bed and many caregivers who travel with one who is disabled need own bed. Really needs upgrades to be more accessible. I enjoyed the breakfast.

The location was great.
No fan in the bathroom, the hair dryer was broken, the room was musty and hiding scent with fabreez, breakfast was subpar and unwelcoming and seeing staff burnout. She was not enthusiastic about her job. The desk staff was always at the back and we need to find them when needed. The staff told us that the owner will be changed sometime soon. This hotel needs upkeep. Room was not so clean but bed was decent.
