Great stay

Very good location Very friendly staff. Good bed(s). Clean and quiet.

Coffeemaker needs an electrical outlet. Had to move it to the bathroom. Actually, too few electrical outlets.

Je ne renouvèlerai pas, même si ce n’est pas cher!

Emplacement ok et le prix raisonnable par rapport au reste d’Honolulu. On a vite compris pourquoi…

En arrivant à l’accueil on nous explique que notre réservation était annulée. On a dû insister et prouver qu’on avait été débité pour que la dame de l’accueil regarde à nouveau et réalise qu’ils avaient inversé mon prénom et mon nom.. heureusement que nous avons insisté !! Il n’y a aucune isolation entre les chambres. La première nuit nous avions une famille à côté, ça a été infernal! Le matelas est complètement enfoncé et il y a une odeur de vieux dans la chambre qui est vraiment désagréable.

Worth it

The location was great.

We didn’t get any room service in a week, and needed to ask for extra toilet paper, soap, shampoo and others.

Ideal for a short business stay, perhaps less so for a relaxing holiday.

Central location close to Waikiki. Very accommodating staff. Easy taxi links to airport.

Room facilities were a little basic and in need of refreshment.

King size bed was comfy. Big balcony

We got a recently-renovated room which had no carpet, and had a terrible construction (or whatever) smell to it which hit us hard every time we entered the room. TV was placed in a strange location - behind/above the headboard. So there is no way to watch TV from the bed.

the stay was good.

It looks old but it was accommodating.

There are no dislikes but we found popcorns on the top shelf in the closet.

Clean rooms, well located and kind staff! Great Value!

I arrived at around 5.30am - knowing that check-in was at 3pm - however the room was ready and they let me check-in immediately at no extra cost!

Disappointing

When i make a reservation on this hotel I preferred to stay with a kitchen than to stay with a big hotel specially if we traveled with big families and stay longer but i was disappointed when the burner was not really not working . I called front desk they send engineering but he said its working but its not . From then i did’nt coke we just go out every day hanging out to my relatives in Waipahu.

The sliding door its hard to open , my brother needs to help or to hold the glass so he could open it. The patio never clean. We never get a room service when i ask a towel to a housekeeper she wants me to call the front desk , i ask again when is my room service she wants me to ask front desk again.

Friendly staff

The hotel is fairly dated and a bit depressing in my opinion. The walls are thin, I was woken up at 5 am by people in the other rooms and outside my door. The outlet in the bathroom doesn't work either. Pricey for a 2-star and when you add parking it's nearly $200 a night.

Good hotel for short stay near Waikiki

Well located near Waikiki beach, room is spacious & clean

The hotel is a bit outdated, only stayed there one night so didn't mind as much

Superb

Clean, comfy bed, good AC, huge room, small pantry kitchen with dishes and cutlery in the room, great location, just a short walk to Waikiki beach, great value for the price compared to other places in Waikiki

it could’ve been better but like what people say u get what u pay for!

Location was great

the entry was gross it had blood on the ground and the welcoming was no interest In the guest. the bathroom towels was musty and stink like it was sitting was awhile before it dried.

workers looks like pretty nice. but if you have any questions before you will got this place you probably will stay without answering. because it happened with me

For Honolul when you missed your outgoing flight it was OK

Close to the beach, zoo. Several decent (reasonable prices) restaurants close by. Beds were not comfortable at all unless you like a REALLY firm mattress.

Elevator looks like its on its last leg, halls are in need of some cosmetic help.

Pleasant

Location is the key for this hotel, rest is average.

The entire hotel is not the youngest anymore. The rug and furniture are worn, hard to clean after so many years of use. Anywhere else they would not get away with this price/performance ratio, but this is Waikiki, so sattle up. The good and bad news is all the others are the same or you are willing to pay 3x.
