The public areas are a bit broken down and a bit dingy for a Sheraton Four Points establishment.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable

Had an awful time checking in, I had booked three rooms for different family arriving at different time through the week. Deborah refused to allow me to insert my credit card and insisted that I swipe, however, when I called Mastercard they said I was required to insert. I shared that with Deborah and she refused to let me. The next day, I dealt with a gentleman and he allowed me to insert the credit card and it was easy. I would recommend that staff is educated on the same level for check in and check out procedures.

The room and bathroom were clean and met expectations. It’s close to downtown Regina.

The noise from the train made it difficult to fall asleep after a long journey.

The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel appeared dingy - the walls were dirty and all scuffed up in the hallways - plus terrible lighting. There was only 1 USB port in the hotel room which was better than none - but it didn't work
