On the plus side, the staff is very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. If you aren't too fussy about noise or cleanliness and just need a place to sleep in the city center, this option works well.

The location of this hostel is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it’s right in the city center and close to the airport bus stop, which is a huge plus. On the other hand, that same location is the main downside: the windows face a busy street, and fire sirens sound as if the trucks are driving right down the hallway half the night. It’s hard to get a good night's sleep. Noise carries easily into the room if someone is talking on the phone in the hallway, though that’s really down to guests who don't realize they shouldn't be shouting on a video call right outside the bedroom doors at 6 a.m. There are some issues with the amenities. The showers are a bit dirty, with a lot of hair that clearly hadn't accumulated in just a single day. That’s partly the fault of guests who don't clean up after themselves and leave trash everywhere. There is no stove or cooktop in the kitchen, so you can't boil anything or fry eggs. Fridge space was tight—one unit clearly wasn't enough for everyone—though a second one was delivered on our last day.

Appreciate your help in changing my booking to be 1 day later than intended due to problem to my flights. Location is great, since lots of tour booking pickup is 3 mins walk away and it's just 1 bus ride away from the airport. I bring my own hangers, towel, and soap, so there was no problem during my stay. They do provide towel though.

Just there is a hand dryer in the common bathroom. Lots of guests use it to dry their laundry, during midnight and at 5am. If you could write a rule for that hand drier to not be used from 10pm to 7am it will be great.

Great location, breakfast included and the free beers on Friday night were good and there’s a lot of games available to socialize.

The men washroom could be cleaned more often.

Lovely staff, comfy beds, reasonably clean Room to leave luggage.

Not quite finished yet! I am surprised there are reviews from any time before this month. Room keys weren't working and some bunk beds didn't have ladders attached yet. Only a small lock box by the bed, no under bed box for luggage ect. Hallways and luggage rooms, plus reception had not finished being built yet. Because of the keys check-in took over an hour. Check out was prompt and efficient though Honestly this would have been fine if the price was a little lower but as the room cost $106, so would have wanted a bit less stress for the price.
