I loved how spacious the rooms were and even the kitchen was very nice. It was a nice Spanish style hotel and was very comfortable. The staff even gave us our privacy and relaxation until we needed their assistance. Was also close to Disney, Knotts, and restaurants in less than 20mins all over.

I liked the location and the ethnic feel to the hotel. Staff were very friendly.

I didn't like that you had to request to have your room cleaned off cycle of the three days. Garbage was over flowing by the end of our stay and I had to have an extra bag. I understand not having to clean the rooms each day but it would be nice to have extra amenities to make up for that (example more toilet paper).

We had asked them to clean the rooms and change the towels on the 3 day of our 5 days stay. They agreed to but they never did.. There was no salt and pepper in the kitchenette, so we had asked them to provide that. When we got back to the room on 3 night, the rooms were not cleaned, towels weren't changed. No Salt and pepper.. The night duty manager blamed the day duty and vice versa. We had a split stay, so when we came back for second stay, the room given was much better than then first one. But someone had spilt the juice all over the floor.it wa sticky! The utemcils were not cleaned properly. Unless, you have no choice you can stay in this hotel.

Great location and super friendly staff. This is really close to Disneyland without all the hustle of a hotel right by Disney. There are some great places to eat within walking distance. The room was clean and the parking was easily accessible.

The bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable. They were okay though.

The room was spacious, and there was a full kitchen with a stove for regular cooking. The staff were friendly, especially the housekeeping staff made us feel welcome, always ready to help with a quick smile! The grab-and-go breakfast was a real help in the morning and the coffee was great! Some interesting eating places close by and convenience of a supermarket at the doorstep.

Super clean - the photos of the room don’t do it justice, they are super comfortable with character. when we arrived the lady walked me round the hotel to give me options for our room with different balcony’s and patios. really nice touch!! the kitchen has all you need for cooking basic means which is all you’ll want after a long day at Disney! fabulous supermarket across the road - relatively cheap compared to LA prices! Ubers frequent, never waited longer than 5 minutes from order to car arriving. Breakfast is just grab and go. a pastry and coffee. we took stuff back to our room to eat. would 100% stay here again

Its cozy, staff were wonderful excellent customer service. The room and balcony was spacious, room amenities included plates,pots, knives etc. they even have a dishwasher liquid. Although the shower pressure was not strong and the phone inside the room does not seem to work to call reception but overall we had a great experience. We wanted to relax, away from the crowd and this is the perfect little cozy spot for us with our pet. We will surely return!

We chose this hotel because it was near Disneyland. The staff and facilities were great! It is one of the best hotels we stayed. We felt home and comfortable. We extended another day. The morning snack bar was great.

The rooms were a decent size. Our kids liked the pool. It was a 10 minute drive to Disney.

The breakfast was terrible. It’s just a coffee machine and packaged muffins and danishes (not good). Also had apples or oranges. That’s it. We expected at least some yogurt, cereal, milk or juice. Could hear road traffic and people in room next to us. We stayed 5 nights as had to extend our stay and never received any housekeeping during the 5 days due to staff miscommunication.

The room was very spacious! Felt like a small apartment. The boutique style decor gave a cozy vibe, like staying the night at my abuelas casita. Something different, which was what we were looking for. The huge sliding door to balcony was nice, and we were able to leave it open since we were on the first floor and there is a wall to the balcony that gave the space a lot of privacy! The staff were also very nice !

The door to the room had a large gap, so we were able to see the lights from the hallway, and hear everyone. We had a neighbor up all night yelling and arguing with her partner. The water to the shower was a little difficult to manage. The water would turn cold and hot, so we kinda had to just be in and out.

The people were great! The location was perfect.

The water pressure in the shower was very low (hard to wash my long, thick hair, and the conditioner doesn’t work well. They only clean on the 4th & 7th days of your visit, but we got extra supplies at the front desk.
