Staybridge Suites Orlando Royale Parc Suites by IHG

The price for having two bedrooms and a living room with a mini kitchen was amazing. Room for the whole family to fit comfortably for a wonderful price. Free breakfast was also a plus especially having kids.

Things didn’t go as planned throughout our day. We were unable to check in before our theme park night due to unforeseen circumstances. After we left our theme park we got lost and ended up not getting to the hotel until really late after 11:30. After lots of driving and a full day with my entire family including my two sleeping kids, we finally made it only to be greeted by the receptionist asking if I received the text she sent me which said, “Hello Mrs. bright this is the Staybridge suites reaching out to you to get an update on your arrival time so that your reservation does not go into no show status thank you” I have been staying in hotels my entire life never has anyone ever said anything about what time I make it there. I paid in advance not just a deposit so when I make it there is not really relevant and to be threatened with being a “no show” pissed me off. Doesn’t matter what time I got there. I paid for it and it’s my room the end… If they would have given my room away that would’ve been theft at that point. When I booked the room I asked for a late check out before I even got there, But the next morning when I called to confirm and ask about getting a late check out since we barely had time in the room I was basically told no everyone else already got a late check out so I’m not allowed to and that they have a high turnover rate and were over booked. Also, the elevator was broken and we had to walk quite a ways back to our room every time we left it and the elevator that worked was sketchy

It was very convenient. Had 2 hot tubs.

The person serving breakfast was mildly rude. Instead of asking what would you like. She says what do you want. In a mean way. Ali the shower curtain rod was installed wrong and the curtain wouldn’t stay shut

Location,pool zone confortable

The people than works in the breakfast They aren't friendly; they lack patience and look annoyed when dealing with people. There is little variety at breakfast—just a single waffle maker.

Location is close to Disney theme parks

The facilities seem a bit rundown. The hotel common areas are in need of repainting as well as the common area access ways to and from the rooms the floors are always damp and wet, and the carpet in the room seemed very dirty. Also, we had a suite, and in both bathrooms within the suite, the water took very long to drain out of the tubs. In fact, a simple, seven minute shower resulted in the water, pooling all the way up to our shin before draining out and thereafter took about one hour to drain out. Also the breakfast options were the same almost every day for an entire 7 night stay.
