Terrific location- can’t beat the views of the river! Modern room and nice bar/lounge area in the main lobby.
Can’t think of anything.

The staff was all very prompt and courteous, and to be honest very nice. The location makes it very easy to drive in and out of, much easier than most downtown chicago hotels where you have to double park and get honked at.... You pull into their circular drive and give your keys to the valet, and no stress. Hotel was clean and well apppointed. The location could not be better for taking in what makes Chicago great.
One critical downfall was the patio bar/restaurant being closed. If this was communicated in advance it wasn't done so very well. Small critique, but important to me, the chairs in the room weren't comfortable and I want a comfy place to sit while my wife is getting ready for dinner.
