An accomodation with good connectivity to the city and the area at a decent price. We liked the parking spaces (payable) on the ground floor and walking distance to the Old Town. Also nice that breakfast was included and was offered on a narrow terrasse outside. All was fairly simple and a bit dated which gave it some charm. It was good for our 2 nights in San Diego.
The light in the room was very cold. The breakfast terrasse was between building walls and quite plain. But then the hotel was very affordable. One thing that was a bit annoying was that it was quite tricky to move the card on the door at the right pace to open it.

Good location
Parking garage is VERY tight. Floors upstairs are buckling and missing covering.

Location is good. Room had a king bed room and it was large with a pull out sofa fridge etc.
Breakfast is lacking. Waffle, cereal and toast- juice and coffee. Breakfast room is very small
Wouldnlove to have seen a wayer dispenser available to refill water.

Check-in lady was very nice and fast. Room was clean. They have some nice updates but much more is needed. Breakfast is bare minimum so don't count on that. Overall, the the price the place was a good value (for San Diego).
The interior and exterior doors are pathetic. The breakfast was basically a waffle, coffee or cereal.
