Nice breakfast and shuttle driver on return dropped us off directly at Terminal A after learning that all passengers we’re going there.

Would have been helpful to have been given instructions on how to get hotel shuttle when we arrived in Newark. We had to keep asking people where we should go for hotel shuttles because there was not good signage at the airport.

Alecia was at the desk to welcome us and get us checked in. She was so friendly and hospitable! She helped us get a cab and suggested a great restaurant for dinner. She really understood how to treat guest at your hotel. You are lucky to have an employee like Alecia! The shuttle driver to the airport, was also commendable. It was very early and a full bus of people were waiting to be dropped at different terminals. Plus it was raining! He was very organized and polite, and kept a positive jovial spirit that started our day with confidence in a great trip!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko lotniska. Całkiem niezłe śniadanie- były jajka oraz gofry. Darmowy transfer z lotniska co pół godziny.

There was an awful smell when we first arrived. It dissipate upon our running the AC full blast for a while, but if it’s coming from the AC, they should vent the room before we get there. Once that was taken care of, our stay was just fine. Breakfast was adequate and free. Shuttle service to the airport was timely. Note you DO have to reserve it ahead of time.

Hemos pasamos una noche buena de descanso y el servicio de recogía fue excelente.

No hubo mucha empatía con las señoras de la recepción, y en el desayuno nadie nos recibió para dar los buenos días. Se puede mejorar!!
