the room was not very clean. The woman at check in was not nice at all. The price they charge for Needham is too high. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The staff was fine and the location was good.

We had a mousetrap in the bathroom. The tub was chipped. The room’s door would not open easily. My daughters found a prior guest dental appliance (invisible braces) in their room.

Had difficulty with booking. Had booked thru Booking.com and registrar could not locate booking. We waited in excess of a hour while she called and trued to resolve. Final outcome was they had added my middle initial I. Front of last name which is why she could not locate. After traveling 5 hours waiting to obtain room was very frustrating.
