The hotel was great and a very pleasurable experience. I thought the parking prices should have never been added, because you already had to stay at the resort anyways.
The payment for a parking for a place you already booked to stay.

The reception was lovely. Rooms were ok, reflected against the 3 star rating. Beds were comfy. Rooms smelled not great. Hand Lotion wasn’t replenished which I found out after opening the bottle (breaking my nail in the process) and the bottle was empty.
Rooms didn’t smell fresh at all. Awkward to get in & out of doors. Automatic buttons weren’t working. Ants all over the outside area. So had to sit with my feet up, in cast iron chairs which wasn’t comfy. Breakfast was ok, against reflected against the 3 star rating.

The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel looked clean and orderly. The breakfast and snacks where good.
I didnt like the fact that i had to pay for parking at the hotel im already staying at. Also why did the hotel take $25 fees to then tell me to use them at the hotel? kinda like a daily per diem. I went to The Pointe and at the end the tip was already added to the bill and was still asked if i wanted to add more. NO. Im not responsible for paying your employees salary. Pay them better. The doors to the hotel rooms are heavy in the sense that when they close they slam and that echoes through the halls, im sure bothering or waking up other guests.
