Room was large and spotless. Breakfast was fine. Priced appropriately.
Additional fee to park a vehicle. 8 minute drive to the falls. But a bus stop is near. The bus is probably cheaper than the $40 flat fee to park at the falls.

Rooms were clean . Food was good . View from room was nice . Bed was so comfortable. Room amenities was so helpful.
Only the person from the breakfast staff was friendly , acknowledging and welcoming. The front desk was doing the duties on point but not very welcoming or caring.

It was cheap
Weren’t very accommodating with early check in, the room was too small, design of room was terrible beds were harder than expected not enough towels and such for 4 adults should get a blackout blind seeing as the a/c was right below the window it kept blowing the curtain could use an outlet by the head of the bed and no phone to call the front desk. We expected a private entrance and they said they upgraded us it clearly wasn’t an upgrade.
