Really liked the location and views were great!

It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They had multiple pools, spas, and activities to do on property.

They did not have a restaurant/bar and an outside area that you could enjoy an evening cocktail which would have been nice to sit and enjoy the outside and views.

Kitchen and location of the hotel

Staff tried to sell us on timeshares of some sort and was very adamant. To the point it made me feel uncomfortable.

Didn't respect booking.com rate (charged $440/night instead of $352 basic rate) and the bill still hasn't been fully corrected, after 2 in person conversations and emails. Lack of dining/coffee shop on premises.

Easy to find good location

A very expensive way to experience shabby construction. The walls and ceiling were incredibly thin, we could hear the next door family planning their day, and we could hear the upstairs family talking quite clearly. The connecting door to the neighbouring room did not impress us at all. We had a small patio which looked up at the car park, we had to cross the rod to see any scenery. We were invited to a presentation. the usual attempt to get us to buy a unit, we declined. The pool was very small for such a large development.

Rooms were in need of update. Cupboard door was broken, toilet float kept falling off and we had to lift cover off tank and fix nearly every time

The Sedona location is prime. The size of the resort does not compare to most Marriott resorts. The amenities are nice, but should be for the value we hope to receive. The Marriott does it all better. Daily activities that include movies and bingo by the pool and mariachi and margaritas and kids club. Bicycle rentals, I could go on.

We didn’t like that the employees were not on their game for the style resort this is. We asked for small items from the front desk like ice and it was never brought to us. The front desk offered. And didn’t pull through. The keys lock you out of your room right at the 10am check-out. Who even has a 10am check-out? Oh wait…you guys do. Lame!

room was dirty ( dust everywhere, smelled of wet, stale mold) counter tops in bathroom dirty.( maybe toothpaste or dried sunscreen)

The resort is lovely and well maintained with plenty of pools and spas! The design of the buildings is beautiful. Gorgeous scenery, and the grounds are well-maintained. The spas were a welcome experience after a day of hiking. The location of the resort is convenient. It would have been great to be able to walk to a restaurant, but the drive to grocery and restaurants wasn't long. I liked that the kitchen in the room was well stocked with pans, a toaster, oven and coffee pot. A nice surprise was the Blender for frozen drinks! Also, we appreciated having the coffee packet. Thanks!

Our room was in bldg. 13 in the back near the highway, and the view was several broken washer dryer units lying about. I would request a room in the MESA area instead of the "standard" rooms. The spa closest to us wasn't working but the others near by were great!

the hotel overcharged the credit card, after addressing this, it was corrected. however after checkout it happened again. after that they addressed it again, only to revoke it later. still working on getting the amount resolved according to booking.com agreed price. (that included tax and resort fees) recommend to validate payment!

The location was great with easy pick up of the shuttle from the hotel. It was very quiet too! Beds were comfortable.

Was breakfast included?! No one told us anything about it upon checkin. The shower door handle was broken upon arrival and the handle was sitting on the bathroom counter.

Beautiful property- well maintained. No shortcuts were made on furnishings and materials when building it. Studio unit was roomy and very comfortable. We felt right at home

10 am checkout. Should be 11 am Like most hotels across the country. We wanted a nice relaxing morning prior to leaving

The couch was terribly uncomfortable - poor cushions and sloped forward. Chairs and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms spacious.

The room did not have adequate supplies, bedding, when they finally brought us a pillow it was covered in hair, managers were impossible to talk to about the situation

The view was amazing. The hotel staff was great. The pool and spas were fun. Location was the best because traffic is not bad.

The receptionist was everything you want in a hotel receptionist: super friendly, super knowledgeable, but most of all super efficient. Absolutely first class ! Nice location. Stupendous views. Comfortable bed.

We have stayed here many times, always coming back for the room sizes and the great location and full kitchen in rooms. The property is very pretty too with lots of pools and amenities.

The room felt very unclean. It’s always been “dated”, but never dirty, but this time was different. The pull out coach had a mattress with a big pee stain on it. The air vents for the AC were pretty dusty, the bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower, toilet was clearly mot very well cleaned, and there was hat appeared to be mold in the shower in several locations along the bottom of the shower and against the wall. The bathroom vent also did not work, and was dirty.

Quiet location away from the main centre of sedona. Pool was great. Free Laundry a plus (bring your own soap and dryer sheets). A full kitchen.

Room was very dated. Bathroom looked like it came from the 70s. Kitchen sink hardly drained. Bed worn out and when the AC kicked in it sounded like a wood chipper. Pillows absolutely terrible and we tried all 5.

The property was very beautiful and clean, I liked how the rooms have a small kitchen with all the utensils and accessories you need to cook. I enjoyed the balcony view even though it was all snowed during my stay, the bathroom was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it even had a dishwasher if you need to use it

The only thing I didn’t like was the marketing guy at the front desk trying to make us do things when we were just tired after a long drive through the winter storm and just wanted to relax in our room, he was pushing it too far for a “discount” when I don’t even mind pay full price

This was my second time staying at this resort, and I enjoyed it very much. I like how the rooms have a kitchenette cause it turned out to be useful, and the whole room was spacious and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the wifi signal which was terrible, I couldn’t connect during my stay, and the reception in general was very poor , so if you are traveling for work and need good wi fi probably go to another resort. The location was great and the resort has many activities for kids and adults, I didn’t attend to any but at least is another option to have. The pools and hot tubs were clean and the are is nice for an afternoon walk . It is a very nice property in general.

The wi fi signal was terrible. i couldn’t connect during my stay and the cell reception in the area is also bad
