friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location, close to everything.
you can hear everything going on outside and in the hallways, rooms beside, etc.

The staff was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
Having to pay for parking while I was staying at the hotel is excessive; parking shouldn't be an additional charge.

Breakfast was served in the hotel restaurant. The menu options were varied, and the food was excellent.
I can’t really say that anything could be better.

Great location and the staff was very nice
My room had ants and they didn't seem to think even a little compensation was needed even though they said that was not normal.
