Very clean ! Bed was comfortable and the staff was amazing!
I wasn’t aware that there would be dogs in guest rooms, the dog kind of barked all night the first night, there was also a 200 dollar deposit which was fine but only 160 was returned . My room was clean and kept and smoke free, I should’ve received the whole 200.

Location and friendly, helpful staff
Stained bed linen. The staff came quickly to change and the supervisor came later to check if our needs were met. Great outcome. Thank you

Breakfast was great; location perfect; bed too soft
Mattress too soft made it hard to get out
Of bed as elder. Elevator way too slow to get to 5th floor. Missed shuttle lst time as took ten minutes

I did not have breakfast at the hotel.
I had a bad experience with guys staying in the room nxt to mine. Were very noisy and loud for hours. I reported it to the front desk, they calmed down for a short time, then started again. You could hear when showers were turned on, music blasting… loud singing….laughing, talking….It was awful, as I needed to rest for a very long flight I had to Europe the nxt day. The Room
Wasnt cleaned properly in some areas- a bit dusty.
