Great location and nice room.

The bathroom hot water faucets did not produce hot water. The bedroom was cold at night. Had to really increase the temperature to get it warm. It would have helped to have a spare blanket. Finally, we left an insulated food bag in the room by mistake after checkout. When we called the front desk they said they looked for it but could not it. Must have either been thrown out or taken by the cleaning staff- NOT COOL.

Nice, comfortable room for me. Nice bed! The whole place was very quiet. I never heard a thing at night. The room had a washer/dryer-----that is awesome.

Apartment we stayed was fully equipped, very comfortable and quiet even the hotel was full.

No air conditioning was horrible and staff was incredibly frustrating and not customer service oriented
