Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Boston - Logan

The hotel is cheaper than some of the other hotels relatively close to Logan, and this is why we selected it. Our flight was very early on Saturday, so we faced no traffic getting down to the airport for our flight.

The staff was not helpful about booking a cab for us in the morning: while we could get them to book a cab for us, they were not willing (unless pressed) to tell us even where the cab company was located so that we could estimate when the cab would arrive. They didn't ask the cab company either until pressed. That was perhaps not as helpful as it could have been. Otherwise, on a Friday night it is quite noisy before 10PM due to performances at the Kowloon restaurant next door. The sound proofing was not quite sufficient, and we had to get to bed early (and try to sleep) before 10PM due to our early start. In this sense, it's not so convenient for travellers. The hotel does not have any food on site, which is not that convenient. While there is fast food nearby, one does not always want fast food. So there were various elements that did not work well for us.

The area is very convenient for me to travel back and forth from my family in Lynn and my family in Boston.

They weren’t able to provide a cot for my autistic son. He was having trouble sharing a bed with his little brother and needed his own. I had to share my bed with him to make him comfortable.

I liked the room, it was clean and modern.

The Latina lady at the front desk wasn’t very nice. She didn’t seem willing to help, and her attitude was really strange. It felt like she just didn’t want to work.

Scandaloso, e mai successo, aver appreso che non solo non venivano fatte le pulizie il giorno dopo ma le pulizie in questo hotel vengono fatte UNA SOLA VOLTA ALLA SETTIMANA!!! NO COMMENT. Nonostante venga pubblicizzato come un hotel NO SMOKING di notte lungo il corridoio c'era un fortissimo odore di fumo che penetrava nella stanza, abbiamo dormito perché eravamo stanchi ma saremmo voluti andarcene. Al mattino lo abbiamo segnalato alla reception e si sono stupiti...Bagno carino ma non finestrato. Posizionato sulla tangenziale.
