Spacious apartment with parking in a busy neighborhood, full of restaurants. 20-25 minutes walk to Old Quebec. Our family of 5 enjoyed it thoroughly. My daughter wished the kids had the same room back home :) THe kitchen is large and well stocked. The dinette was great to have family meals in. The bedrooms located on the back of the building, so the noise from the busy street below is not bothering. Great place!

Well situated, comfortable and spacious, we enjoyed our family vacation to Quebec City. Great place for a family with teens... not necessarily with young kids.

The hallways and the building itself isn't the best... Quite a few homeless people around the building.

Lovely apartment with a good kitchen, dining table, very nice bathroom, comfortable beds and good natural light. Located in a lower city Latin quarter with great cafés and bakeries, walking distance to everything.

There was a party next door late into the night and the street entrance was quite dirty. A man with a cane was sitting on the doorstep during the two days and it was even difficult to open the front door. A note about taking out the garbage or facing an extra charge was hidden in one of the lower drawers.

We had many problems trying to sleep. Our app was next to the street and could listen until 4 am aprox people screaming. VERY noisy.

Location was terrific.

Not anything that can be done about it, but an elevator is sorely needed. Steep staircases with heavy luggage was tough to manage.

It was a very spacious and clean apartment at a very nice location. The nearby streets are full of bars and restaurants. Our host was amazing and made sure we had a comfortable stay.

Good location, surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. Good vibe with a younger university crowd on the streets given proximity to Laval University. Walking distance to the Old City and attractions (20 mins with some good uphill climbs). Apartment very nice and well equipped.

Although very clean and well maintained, the only thing I would recommend is changing the shower curtain as it gives off a strange, wet towel smell
