The location was convenient, the room was clean and cozy.

No breakfast was included, though advertised. I could have reserved another hotel cheaper than this which didn't advertised a breakfast. Nothing on the table, no coffee or even water. I told the receptionist that I was not happy of that, and she was so kind to fill for us (6 people with 2 kids) a bag for each of us with a bottle of water and some cookies. Thanks a lot to her, she really tried to solve the problem. I suggest that we could receive compensation for the inconvenience.

Toilet stopped working and did not get fixed while we were there. TV not working. Bagged unhealthy breakfast.

The rooms were not very clean. They came in while we were out to clean and they never made the beds, we were short a set of towels the whole weekend. The bathroom was dirty.

Very comfortable bed: firm but plush mattress, great pillows, soft sheets. Very quiet (Sat. night). Good water pressure in shower. The room was very clean and had all the amenities: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, good Wi-Fi, hair dryer, cable TV…. The AC/heat/fan unit works well and is very quiet. The woman at the front desk is always sooo nice! The location is very convenient to everything. I have stayed here many times. Great value! As a lone female traveler, I always feel safe here.

The shower was ok. Plenty of hot water and a powerful enough shower stream.

The towels had stains or something brown on 2 of them. I tried to call room service but there was no phone in the room. So we went down to front desk and no one was there, after 15 minutes we left a note for fresh towels. Also the towels were small. There is only one chair in the room so with 2 people stay, it was uncomfortable standing and sitting.. The room smelt like and old hotel, not pleasing perhaps a musky smell. The toilet had a shim on one side and the tank would fill up about every 20 minutes. The mirror in the bathroom had a broken frame and missing the bottom part. They also advertise Breakfast included but there was no breakfast.

The room was not really clean with hairs from previous guests in the bathroom. There was no breakfast nor a pool, despite being advertised.

duvets were stained, doors chipping, bathroom light didn’t work, beds were TINY, advertised free breakfast was nonexistent

Bathroom had a really bad smell. The bed was too high for short people and the stairs leading up to the room was very narrow
