It was fine. Nothing exceptional.
No distilled water for medical.
Breakfast hot starts at 6. Told breakfast at 3 am. Expected hot but only fillers = starch. Pancakes, cereal, bagel, etc..

I didnt have much time to eat it but appreciated the variety of choices I could see.
There was miscommunication around the airport shuttle. We established at check in we'd be paying for longterm parking and provided our flight details. They did not provide us information about the shuttle to airport, so we later called front desk to ask. When we were tild the times, they never asked us to sign in on a time, so we assumed we could just arrive on time for the shuttle, but since there was nobody signed up for the time we wanted, the driver was unaware we needed to be transported which led to us going back to front desk after we had already checked out, just so they could add our name to the list. Seemed a bit convoluted but understandable.

The bed was old and creaky. The pillows were flat and the window had fingerprints all over it.
