The convenience of having multiple stores near the hotel. The hotel was clean and secure.
The adjoining rooms with very thin doors. The carpet was old and had a strong mildew order.

bad is clean. in the room, there is a clothes iron. every 30 mins, there is a shuttle for airport; it is free.
a receptionist is not kind to me at explaining the place of my room and the usage of wi-fi. and i don’t know what facilities or services they have.

Walking distance to the Allstate arena. There were a lot of food places and target around the hotel. The area was nice and safe
I didn't like how I was charged an extra 30 dollars for checking in a little earlier and also had to pay for breakfast but that's okay I'd still stay here again

They weren't confirming on reservation .Took many calls to confirm. Front desk and reservation dont speak to each other . There lies the issue .

Great location in relation to Chicago O'Hare Airport. The shuttle service to and from airport leaving every 30minute was great. Nice to have some restaurants and shops very close. But there are many Hotels with in 500m. Beds and pillows were comfy.
Breakfast was not provided although I booked breakfast. Older style that felt a bit dingy. Bathroom was very small. Nice Coffee machine in the room but no coffee provided!!! Noisy air conditioner. Reception staff seem over worked and not to happy.

Aside from the beds and pillows being so beyond uncomfortable and dust being left on the lamps of the room I was disgusted to see this reside left on the base of the toilet! Also the fitness room is not that much bigger than the bed rooms. Overall such a disappointing stay and I will not be staying here again!
