Quiet location in beautiful area. Had options for apt style suites

Very dated unit. Pictures show a full oven, but upon arrival found it had a cook top and a convection microwave.

It was a memorable experience; I loved the place, the atmosphere, and the room.

I liked everything.

Location was near several things we wanted to do.

Lack of adequate signage. I know the property has recently been acquired by another firm, but it was difficult to find the main office because signs had been taken down due to renovations. Also, there were no signs on the building where our room was. We had to guess which door to use to enter. Inside the room, which was clean, there was too much furniture. The large dining table and six chairs was a bit too much. And I did not see any mention that the bed was a Murphy bed. Would have been nice to know. We had to close it up each day to be able to walk around the room. One thing that bothers me personally, but may not be a problem for most people, the room was dark and gloomy.

Staff at front desk were excellent. When software booking issues arose the staff were patient and helpful in suggesting alternative answers to resolving these issues. Personal at the check in provided directions to and information about unit location as well as activities and availability.

Physical problems within the unit itself such as doors that required shaming to close and pull out couches which still have not overcome the structured bar in the back discomfort.The sidewalks need repair and the cleaning crews need to be retrained or changed.
