This hotel has some of the friendliest and helpful staff of any hotel I have stayed in. They helped us with information about the local attractions and places to order food.
It was a little inconveinent that the eateries had already closed for the season but staff helped us find delivery service that was amazing and a great deal.

Location is very convenient. We walked to Niagra Falls, and also other falls. We did not buy any other touristic tours since we had a 4 year oldu and a stroller. The location of the hotel enabled us to walk. Most of the hotels are located close to each other so we just picked the price.
Our price included breakfast which was okey they had pancakes, bagels, cereals coffee etc which is more than enough for a free breakfast. I dont think the hotel was clean, it was not dirty but you know what I mean it was not the cleanest hotel.
