The comfort and location of my room was everything I could ask for. Lovely property. The staff was overly accommodating and helpful. Love the option for free coffee in kitchen. It’s the little things that make all the difference and make a hotel feel like home away from home.
My air conditioning did not turn warm. I was freezing each night. I ended up just keeping it off to not freeze. But was still cold with balcony room.

The location and the staff were both excellent.
Only downside was no breakfast option.

The room was rented for a visiting family member, and was chosen for the location. It was convenient and the location right by the San Francisco Bay was pleasant.
Staff at check-in was grumpy at our late check-in. No breakfast available, although there was a space for that by reception. so mornings were a bit rushed since there was no food other than expensive snacks.

I like the ocean view
The room could have been cleaner it was a little dirty. The people going in and out made more noise than the planes.
